Emma Watson looked chic as she arrived in  France for the 78th Cannes Film Festival  on Wednesday. 

Harry Potter author Rowling posted an essay about signatories 'motivated by fear' after the franchise's stars  signed a pro-trans open letter, with Emma later sharing a cryptic message on Instagram  about fascism.
